Lean Green Belt focuses on lean manufacturing tools which are based on Toyota production system. If you come from production, maintenance, process, technical, planning, you would have to start Lean GB.

Our 11 days practical training program helps you to learn how to implement Lean Manufacturing at your company. Learn from world class consultants and trainers how to live Lean and how to reap real gains out of your project. Final day is a Gemba* day where we take partcipants to do ean real practice and implementation at a factory for one day.

*Gemba is a Japanese term meaning “the real place.”

Course Duration

  • 11 full class days, 88 training hours in 5 blocks
  • Training starts 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
  • There will be individual project reviews and presentations at Symbios premises
  • Two visits for each participant in his/her work area to verify project progress for certification:
    • First visit 2 weeks after second block
    • Second visit 3 weeks after fourth block
  • 1 day for final exam.

Certification Criteria

  • Class attendance and active participation
  • Passing an exam at the end of the course with 60% or more.
  • Implementation of a Lean Green Belt project which is applied in participant’s business process which will be verified through Symbios Academy representative onsite Visit.
  • Participants who attend all classes and pass the exam shall be granted an accomplishment certificate for the course.
  • Class attendance and active participation
  • Passing an exam at the end of the course with 60% or more.
  • Implementation of a Lean Green Belt project which is applied in participant’s business process which will be verified through Symbios Academy representative onsite Visit.
  • Participants who attend all classes and pass the exam shall be granted an accomplishment certificate for the course.
  • Participant should finish his/her project within maximum six months. In case he/she didn’t, he/she will be granted an attendance certificate.
